 Blemain Finance offer second charge loans behind conforming and non-conforming lenders as the first charge, specialising in unrestrictive criteria and innovative products. Loans from £5,000 can be taken from 3 to 30 years. Bridging finance is also available. Up to 55% of net pay is accepted. An Early Payment Plan with 50% of payments for 3 months can be offered on all loans and mortgages greater than £25,001. Discounted Rates of 2% for 1 year are available on business loans and mortgages greater than £25,001 and this can be combined with an Early Payment Plan.
Capital and Repayment or Interest Only options are available on all loans and mortgages.
High adverse accounts are considered and self-employed, bankrupts, PAB, IVA are accepted on most LTVs.
