Complete cases faster with our Pre-approved Title service

Simply make a copy of the following items and highlight them with the words 'Pre-Approved Title' on the Legal and Documentation Pack when you send it in. 

The case will be checked by our Legal Department as soon as we receive it, rather than after it has been mandated.

To facilitate this, all we ask is that the following documents are copied and sent in addition to the Legal and Documentation Pack: Signature ID, Credit Agreement, Legal Charge, Application Form & Land Registry Office Copies.

The benefit to you is that the case can be considered funded once technical and mandating checks have been completed and any title issues are highlighted earlier in the process.
