Packaging Brokers have the authority of Blemain Finance to issue all documentation including Offer of Loan and Legal Documentation.

There are simple and robust systems in place to ensure loans and mortgages are paid out as quickly as possible. We work with our Packaging Brokers to introduce easier processing systems e.g. Pre-approved Title, Bypass Schemes, dedicated underwriters, etc.

For Non-Packaging Brokers we have developed a service - ‘The Introducer Centre’.
Case enquiries can be submitted by fax or email to the Introducer Centre. The dedicated sales and underwriting team will then sell, process and package the case and present it to Blemain Finance as a fully packaged case for completion.
