Out of Plan Assistance Changes

After a recent review of our internal processes we believe we can offer a more streamlined service if cases for Out of Plan Assistance go directly to Underwriting.

From 8am Wednesday 2nd June each lending company has a dedicated FAX number and email address for you to send your Out of Plan Assistance Forms to:

Please do not send your Out of Plan cases to Blemain Group (fax 0844 873 4101 or email applications@blemaingroup.co.uk) as these may not be received.

You and your team may have fax numbers stored in many different places, so please check and update your contact database, speed dial numbers and fax machines.

From Wednesday 2nd June these Out of Plan Assistance Forms superseded all previous forms and will be updated on Broker Venue shortly.
