Based in Manchester City Centre, we are one of the few lenders outside of the London area which plays a major role in secured second charge loans and first charges that are not regulated mortgage contracts. We have progressed into a “must” on any finance broker lenders panel.

Blemain Finance has a reputation as a motivated, pro-active lender which continually enhances core products and niches for the benefit of its brokers and customers. Exclusive products and commission structures can be created to meet the specific needs of individual brokers.

Our criteria have been developed to provide guidelines as to the acceptability of a case, but if the case is outside of the plan; either at initial enquiry stage or nearing completion; by simply discussing your requirements - we will always take a view.

Blemain Finance considers “all status” of client; all income sources and any property or land regardless of structure; usage; or valuation.

Residential secured loans and first charges, bridging finance or term are all catered for in our underwriting criteria.
